Can I get a quote before booking an appointment?

No. Because many issues share similar symptoms, accurate pricing requires a professional diagnosis.

What we can promise:

  • Diagnosis is free with a repair

  • We use flat-rate pricing based on the Appliance Blue Book

  • You receive an upfront quote before any work begins

  • No obligation to proceed

This ensures fair pricing and eliminates surprises.

Can I provide my own parts?

Yes, but repairs made with customer-supplied parts cannot be guaranteed.

All sales are final, and the part must be correct for your model. In many cases, providing your own part does not save money.

Do you offer dryer vent cleaning?

No. You can find our recommended vendors here:

Do you work with home warranty companies or 3rd-party protection plans?

Yes, we now work with home warranty and protection plan companies. Additional communication and processing fees apply as outlined here:

You pay us directly at the time of service. Coverage decisions are made by your warranty company.

How soon can you come out for service?

Do you offer same-day or next-day appointments?

If a slot is open, you can reserve it instantly.

How long do most appliance repairs take?

Repair time varies depending on the appliance and issue.

During your appointment, we will provide an honest assessment so you can choose the most cost-effective option.

Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?

No. After-hours service is not available because suppliers are closed and parts cannot be obtained.

What should I do before my technician arrives?

To ensure fast and safe service, please:

  • Secure pets

  • Clear the area around the appliance

  • Make sure the appliance is accessible
