Before We Schedule Your Appointment

We're happy to help with your warranty-covered appliance.

Please review a few important details before scheduling:

1. Payment & Agreement

  • A $129 diagnostic fee (plus tax) collected upfront

  • Service is billed to you directly - warranty claims or reimbursement are handled separately by your provider.

2. What's Included

  • We'll provide a written professional diagnosis and quote for repair on our standard invoice template.

3. Additional Admin / Warranty Communication

  • If your warranty company requires extra paper-work, emails, or phone calls

  • $50 per page of required paperwork

  • $50 per email correspondence

  • $50 Per 15 minutes (rounded up) phone call

  • This covers time spent communicating with your warranty company

4. Important

  • We assist with warranty claims, but we are not responsible for coverage decisions made by your warranty provider.
