We're happy to help with your warranty-covered appliance.
Please review a few important details before scheduling:
1. Payment & Agreement

A $129 diagnostic fee (plus tax) collected upfront

Service is billed to you directly - warranty claims or reimbursement are handled separately by your provider.
2. What's Included

We'll provide a written professional diagnosis and quote for repair on our standard invoice template.
3. Additional Admin / Warranty Communication

If your warranty company requires extra paper-work, emails, or phone calls
-
$50 per page of required paperwork
-
$50 per email correspondence
-
$50 Per 15 minutes (rounded up) phone call

This covers time spent communicating with your warranty company
4. Important

We assist with warranty claims, but we are not responsible for coverage decisions made by your warranty provider.
