HOW REPAIRS WORK:
1. BOOK YOUR IN HOME
APPOINTMENT
Click the "Schedule Online" button to book your in-home consultation. During the booking process, we will collect a one-time diagnostic charge of $115 (plus tax). Don't worry, if you choose to repair your unit, this fee is applied against the total cost of the repair.
2. DISCUSS REPAIR
OPTIONS & PRICING
Once the technician is in your home, we will diagnose your machine, discuss repair options, and review pricing. All of our repairs are customized to your individual needs and based on flat-rate pricing. The diagnostic charge is applied toward the total cost of the repair.
3. REPAIR
COMPLETED
After a repair is agreed on, our technician will complete the repair. Often, the repair can be completed during our first visit (from time to time follow-up visits may be required). Once a repair is completed, we will collect any additional balance due.
SCHEDULING & PRICING:
Appliance Repair
$115 Trip / Diagnostic.
Labor & parts quoted after diagnosis.
The diagnostic fee will be applied against the total cost of repair.
