When you book, we collect a $99 assessment fee. This covers the technician’s time, travel, and professional evaluation of your appliance.

After the assessment, you’ll receive an upfront flat-rate quote for the repair, including parts and labor. The $99 assessment fee is separate from the repair cost and is not applied toward the repair.

No Obligation to Repair:

Once you receive the repair quote, you can decide whether you’d like to move forward. If you choose not to repair the appliance, there are no additional charges beyond the $99 assessment fee.
